Thomas Hormann has been Product Owner and Head of Operations at EDS European Debt Solutions GmbH since 2021. In this roles, he ensures that all processes run smoothly and that tasks are distributed appropriately within the team.

Prior to this, Hormann worked at Bröskamp Consulting GmbH as a product owner. Here he acts as an interface between the Deutsche Kreditbank (DKB) and the Technical Development department, which jointly integrate a scenario generator into the bank’s existing IT. In addition, together with the founder of the start-up Air, he is designing a holistic, digital advisory process for the sale of financial and insurance products and is leading the technical implementation up to the Minimal Viable Product.

From 2013 to 2019, Hormann worked at the advertising agency Die Etagen GmbH. As head of the project management department and deputy production manager, he assumes responsibility for personnel. He is also responsible for project management and project controlling for the areas of digital and print. Among other things, he designs the Internet presence of the IT system house Sievers Group and the Academy for Nursing Professions and Management and coordinates the technical implementation. As art director, Hormann implements the corporate identity of the Diocesan Forum of the Archdiocese of Paderborn.

Hormann graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering in industrial engineering in 2016.
